Elles s'étouffèrent, il les décapita pour récupérer leurs âmes dans le flacon, pour ainsi les dupliquer et pour pouvoir modifier certains traits de caractères que Thomas n'appréciait pas toujours. 2 nouveaux clones furent crées et il put ainsi transférer les âmes modifiés dans les corps et il relâcha les âmes "originales" des jumelles qui furent choquée et furieuses. Thomas enchaina que son mari restera toujours dans son cœur et qu'il préférait les hommes, blonds et frêles, il le voyait qui l'observait d'un regard froid. je te fournirai ton prochains corps lorsque ton corps montrera tes premiers signes

Sabrina lui demanda pourquoi les vampires dans les séries étaient toujours jeunes....

Erik leur confia que les incendies avaient certainement été provoqué par l'original Thomas et qu'ils avaient fait une erreur, celui d'avoir cru que le polymorphe avait été réellement Thomas alors que non. Les jumeaux prirent conscience que la vengeance n'était pas la bonne solution et qu'ils ne s'associeraient plus à Serena ou Sabrina, qu'elle devrait faire sa vie de son coté et eux également.
