Description de l'épisode, Sabrina était regulièrement couchée, épuisée, elle ne souhaitait pas voir de médecin, mais le reste des candidats voulurent qu'elle en voit un, car sinon, elle finirait par être éliminée. Elle avait peur que le médecin lui dise qu'elle est trop malade pour continuer son aventure, mais d'un autre côté, elle avait la crainte d'être éliminée. Finalement, elle décida d'en voir un, car il était impossible pour elle de continuer les épreuves.
Josie : Enfin, elle se décide, j'aurai été elle, longtemps que j'aurais vu un médecin, c'est pathétique d'attendre, et souffrir passivement...
Aymeric : Dommage qu'il ne montre jamais les séquences quand ils sont chez le médecin
Josie : ce n'est pas l'objectif de l'émission de suivre les malades

Après des épreuves passées, Sabrina fit son grand retour sur l'île, sourire aux lèvres
